Full-Time Daycare
$50 per day
- Core hours 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Lunch + morning & afternoon snack included
- Scratch cooking & garden veggies

Part-Time Daycare
$60 per day
- Minimum 3 days per week
- Same meals, care & garden time
- Flexible days — subject to agreement
- Change days with 1 week notice
Early / Late Care
$10.00 per 30 minutes — Early from 7:00 AM, Late until 5:00 PM

Payment — Pay-Before-Play
Invoiced bi-weekly, receipts provided. E-transfer. Pay weekly upfront or monthly upfront if preferred.

Our Policies (from parent handbook)
Your child may not attend daycare if they display signs of contagious sickness or fever. This protects all children.
💛 Please keep them home and we’ll keep normal fees — see missed days policy.
Changes in your regular days must be made one week in advance and are subject to agreement. We’ll do our best to accommodate flexible needs.
If you remove your child from Buttercup, one week advanced notice is required.
If your child misses a scheduled day due to sickness or early pickup, normal fees are charged. If scheduled day falls on a statutory holiday, normal fees still charged. We are closed on statutory holidays but fees still apply. If statutory holiday falls on weekend, first working day after weekend we are closed but fees still charged.
✅ Fees won’t be charged if Buttercup must close for a day for any reason (our decision).
If you take vacation, you are charged 50% of normal fees for your scheduled days. Maximum 10 days per year at half rate. Please notify us in advance.
We close over the Christmas period. We will notify you of exact dates well in advance. Normal vacation policy does not apply — no fees if we close for shutdown? Please confirm with Jenny — we show exact dates yearly.
